Course Booking Terms and Conditions

  • A course booking is a legally binding contract between you and trainSEM.
  • Bookings can be made at any stage prior to the event, subject to availability, as the events have a limited number of seats.
  • Payment must be received in full (and transferred to the trainSEM bank account) before the date of the event.
  • A scheduled speaker may be substituted in the event of their unavoidable unavailability.
  • Cancellations:
    • Cancellations received 4 weeks before the event will be refunded in full after deducting a Rs 500 administration fee.
    • If there are less than 4 weeks to go before the event begins, no refund is possible. You can send a substitute person.
  • Cancellations must be received on letterhead in writing or by email from the same address used to make the original booking.
  • Unforeseen things beyond our control happen, and trainSEM will not be liable for any losses incurred if a course is cancelled at the last minute. If travelling, please take out insurance.
  • Service Tax of 12.36% is applicable.
  • Delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and visa requirements.
  • Affiliates do not get any commission if they purchase a training course for themselves.
